Congratulations on completing the Mind Over Muscle: Day Camp.

Throughout the day both your body and your mind were challenged. You pushed through barriers and went beyond what you may have thought was possible. That day you proved that you are in charge.  Your body may not have realised that. Your mind may not have believed it.  You demonstrated what you can accomplish. Be proud and take stock of your achievements from the day.

Mind Over Muscle is as much about training our minds and thoughts as it is our bodies โ€“ allowing you to make a choice in how you see things, and how you achieve the best you.

Remember the four pillars. Stick to these and they will guide you to harness fear, adversity and limitations, and reach the potential you never knew you had.
