WHAT IS MIND OVER MUSCLE?

Mind Over Muscle is the mantra for living your life at full potential - with Ant Middleton guiding you through a series of lessons in how to live life to the full. 

This is not just for the elite or for those who’ve lived to the extreme, this is for everyone looking to push themselves beyond their limits.

Designed to challenge your inner mental and physical limits, participants are taught ways to overcome their fears and reach their full potential. Through a carefully curated day course, including a series of extreme exercises, Ant and his team will push you beyond your own boundaries, equipping you with the tools to overcome all forms of adversity.

The day will include full briefing, team and individual physical activities, talks throughout the day from Ant on mental and physical strength and a section on nutrition.

Lunch and refreshments are included and the day will conclude with a team photo opportunity with Ant plus a Mind oVER Muscle water bottle and t-shirt.
